We are seeking an experienced and reliable Window & Door Installer/Service Specialist to join our team and help deliver outstanding results to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Install residential windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards Inspect job sites and materials to ensure proper fit and function Safely use hand and power tools required Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Identify and communicate any issues or additional needs to supervisors or project managers

Qualifications:

Proven experience in window and/or door installation (preferred 2+ years) Strong knowledge of construction, carpentry, and installation techniques Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, and technical instructions Comfortable working with ladders, scaffolding, and in varying weather conditions Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
