Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window and Door Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing windows and doors across various residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your technical skills and construction experience to deliver exceptional results that enhance building aesthetics and functionality. Responsibilities installation of windows and doors. Handle glass materials carefully during fabrication, transportation, and installation to prevent damage. Install windows, doors, fixtures, cabinets, and trim carpentry components according to specifications. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, framing, caulking, and assembly tasks. Perform heavy lifting of glass panels, window units, door frames, and related materials safely and efficiently. Conduct quality control measurements to verify proper fit, alignment, and sealing of installed components. Apply construction estimating skills for material needs and project timelines while adhering to safety standards on-site. Experience Proven construction site experience with a focus on window and door installation or related carpentry work. Hands-on experience with window material handling, window installation techniques, and fixture mounting. Knowledge of drywall finishing, metal bending. Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, drills, levels, caulk guns, as well as power tools required for precise fabrication and assembly. Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately for quality control purposes. Prior handyman experience or general remodeling background is a plus for versatile project support.
