OVERVIEW
Maintenance shop needs an organized, reliable, self-motivated person to carry out the following tasks in an efficient time frame. You will be responsible for our entire fleet from 350hp Tractors to lawn mowers. You will be responsible for setting up oil changes and routine maintenance. Most of our equipment is leased and it is the manufacturer's responsibility to perform the preventive maintenance. On all equipment not covered under a program you will be responsible for performing the PM. You will be responsible for all non-warranty repairs, from brakes, checking lights, replacing wear plates, changing hoses, bearings and diagnosing and repairing all mechanical failures not covered under warranty. You will be responsible for reporting all work performed. Job Duties
  • Office is based out of Ft Lupton, CO 80621
  • Work with Microsoft word and excel to manage equipment.
  • Great communication and organization skills are a must. You will be responsible for communicating with facility mangers and equipment dealers to keep all equipment running efficiently
  • Work with facility managers to organize timing of equipment repairs
  • Repair and maintain equipment in a time efficient manner
  • Work to properly understand the issues and diagnose the problem then repair or contact the proper repair company to fix the issue
  • Once problem is diagnosed, be able to repair in a timely manner
  • When working on equipment, be able to diagnose future problems that may be able to be repaired at the same time
  • Track all repairs, work orders, and parts supplied, to supply the office the proper paperwork needed to bill correctly
  • Parts runs
  • Light duty mechanical, oil changes, light electrical
  • Work truck will be provided for picking up parts or traveling to other sites during your work shift
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Work to be performed in a dedicated shop or possibly in the field
  • Qualifications Valid driver's license is required Reliable transportation to get to work 2+ years working on diesel\heavy duty equipment Very good communication skills Have your own tools Microsoft word and excel proficient Organized Job description may change at any time according to what management feels is best for the company Hours 6.30am
  • 4:30pm Monday-Friday Possible weekends if scheduled 40% office (Ordering parts, scheduling services) 60% in field or in shop Compensation and Benefits $95,000 Plus, DOE and certifications
