Job Overview An established property management company, supporting a vacation condo property in Fraser, CO area is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing a range of maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance tasks, with a focus on customer service and teamwork. Painting, drywall, janitorial, and general maintenance experience is a plus. This position will report to the Maintenance Manager.

Schedule:

Day shift Monday

• Friday Weekends & on call responsibilities as needed Responsibilities
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs, basic electric, basic plumbing, grounds and other building support as needed.
• CPO Certified preferred.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Implement preventive maintenance practices to reduce downtime and extend the life of equipment.
• Use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track and schedule maintenance tasks. Skills
• Some background in general maintenance, light plumbing, light electrical.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
