What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems Maintain conveyors, gearboxes, motors, bearings, chains, sprockets, and production equipment Diagnose equipment failures and perform root-cause analysis to reduce downtime Work on 3-phase electrical systems and industrial controls Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on critical manufacturing equipment Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals Complete equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades Perform light fabrication, machining, MIG welding, and stick welding as needed Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability and efficiency Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to maximize uptime Required Experience 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair ability Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, conveyors, motors, and production equipment Experience working with 3-phase / 480V electrical systems Ability to read electrical schematics and machine prints Preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting experience Strong understanding of industrial safety practices Preferred Qualifications Experience with VFDs and motor controls PLC troubleshooting experience Conveyor system maintenance experience Welding and fabrication skills Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments Benefits & Perks Competitive pay with regular performance reviews Overtime opportunities available Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) Long-term contract-to-hire opportunity Strong job stability in a recession-resistant industry Tight-knit maintenance team with excellent culture Clear path for advancement and increased earnings Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a true troubleshooting mindset.
