HR Mango is seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician for a manufacturing client in Longmont, Colorado. This position supports daily facility upkeep, preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, and general building operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain and repair interior and exterior facilities. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot facility and production equipment. Complete general maintenance, including painting, lighting, and snow removal. Support electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Use multimeters and schematics to diagnose electrical issues. Assist with workspace relocations and facility projects. Obtain service quotes and coordinate with outside vendors. Support ESD compliance throughout production areas. Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout. Support ISO, quality, environmental, safety, security, and 6S standards. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one year of manufacturing maintenance experience. Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools. Working knowledge of commercial electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Electrical troubleshooting, multimeter, and schematic-reading skills required. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Associate degree or trade certification preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Eligibility Requirement Due to ITAR and/or CUI compliance requirements, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
