Supervisory Responsibilities:

None Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Primary function is to finish all products to print specifications and to the highest standard.
• Responsible for insulating/foaming of all products.
• Responsible for building crates for the shipment of finished products.
• Assist with shipping of all finished products, including loading of our carrier trucks.
• Provide finished stainless and/or copper samples when needed.
• Strive for efficiency in executing responsibilities; work quickly and accurately to finish all jobs at hand and meet or exceed all finishing timelines.
• Be willing and ready to work additional hours when needed.
• Identify issues and troubleshoot problems to a quick resolution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• May travel offsite on occasion to complete finishing. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities
• Forklift driving and maneuvering and meeting company certifications
• Assist other departments as needed
• Proficiency in using and reading a tape measure with precision
• Skilled in basic math skills with accuracy
• Adept at working independently in an efficient manner
• Adept at taking directions and adapts personal workflow accordingly
• Works well with peers and employees at all levels Preferred Abilities (Not required)
• Knowledge of hand tools
• Experience with running a forklift
• Pool and Spa experience Physical Requirements
• Must be able to lift +75 lbs
• Must be able to stand and walk for 8+ hours Work Schedule
• Monday through Friday 7am - 4pm (this is open for discussion / adjustment)
• Occasional overtime hours may be required Compensation While the compensation for this position is ultimately dependent upon the individual candidate's experience and qualifications, the starting pay range is $17-$19 per hour.

Pay will be reviewed 90days after hire date.
