Job Description:

The Custodian/Floor Technician @ Balfour Louisville provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. This associate performs community cleaning duties, such as floor cleaning, carpet cleaning/extraction, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.

Availability :

Full-Time | Tuesday to Saturday 7:30am-4:00pm

Pay :

$18.50-19/hr •Floor technician experience required (2+ years)•What will I do every day? Heaving cleaning assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc. Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties Report any maintenance repairs to supervisor What will I need to be successful in this role? Bring a smile to work every day High school graduate preferred Six months to one year of custodial experience Experience working in a senior environment preferred Floor technician experience required (2+ years) What's in it for me?
