Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics and technical manuals. Conduct appliance repair and installation, including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks. Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and system manuals to diagnose issues accurately. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational procedures. Collaborate with team members on construction or renovation projects requiring mechanical expertise. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with team members and clients regarding maintenance needs or repairs. Skills Extensive experience with appliance repair, HVAC system repair (including air conditioning), refrigeration, and kitchen equipment maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair and maintain complex mechanical systems. Proficiency in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and system manuals for troubleshooting purposes. Demonstrated experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices across various equipment types. Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology with the ability to perform installations and repairs efficiently. Construction experience is a plus for handling larger-scale projects or renovations involving mechanical systems. Ability to operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
