Job Description:

As our Technician, you will be responsible for the installation of residential and custom garage doors. Technicians typically visit multiple homes each day - and no job is ever boring. Responsibilities:

(This list may not include all the duties assigned) Install new garage doors and/or garage door openers for residential customers. Educate customers on upgraded parts and services. Assemble mechanical components or machine parts. Adjust and test equipment to ensure optimal performance. Repair or replace worn or broken door parts using hand tools. Disassemble equipment for maintenance or repair. Install hardware or other interior fixtures. Fabricate parts or components. Collect payments for goods or services.

Basic Position Requirements:

Mechanical and technical skills, with a willingness to learn new techniques. Physically able to move items weighing 75 lbs or higher, lift garage door panels above head. Able to stand on ladder for extended periods of time. Possess interpersonal skills to relate to customers and solve issues. Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and self-motivated.
