We're looking for a Maintenance Engineer Technician I to join our expert team, ensuring every system runs flawlessly and every guest and owner experience exceeds expectations. Key Responsibilities:

Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners, and employees Assist with preventative maintenance and daily facility checks, including boilers, pools, and fire systems Ensure all building systems and common areas are maintained in safe, efficient working order Collaborate with team members and contractors on repairs, improvements, and special projects Complete tasks on time while following Brand Standards and maintaining accurate work records
