We are looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team in Westminster, CO. Duties for this position include all areas related to overall maintenance of an apartment complex.

Job duties will include:

make readys & work orders drywall work, painting & tile repair plumbing and some electrical repair snow removal on-call rotation for evenings, weekends and holidays and other assigned duties Maintenance technicians will spend 95 to 100 percent of their time performing hands-on repairs/maintenance work. Position requires ability to transport or move up to 75 pounds variable distances; the mobility and flexibility to use ladders and to access and work in confined spaces or at heights in excess of eight to nine feet; the ability to work outdoors in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees or falling below 32 degrees. This position also requires the use of general maintenance equipment including, but not limited to: hand tools, pressure washers, blowers, ladders and required safety equipment. Customer Service is a priority and maintaining an excellent customer service relationship is key to this position. Position is open and we are looking to fill it as soon as possible .
