About the Role Winter Park Escapes is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to support our portfolio of luxury vacation rental homes and condos. This position plays a key role in ensuring properties remain guest-ready, safe, and operating at a high standard. The ideal candidate is hands-on, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently across multiple homes. This role includes general property maintenance as well as routine servicing of hot tubs and spa equipment. Previous pool or hot tub experience is a strong plus, but training can be provided for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs across vacation rental properties Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, appliance, drywall, and HVAC issues Conduct regular property inspections and preventative maintenance tasks Service hot tubs and small pools, including: Water testing and chemical balancing Basic cleaning and filter checks Monitoring pumps and equipment functionality Respond to urgent maintenance needs and occasional after-hours calls Maintain tools, supplies, and maintenance records Communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and supervisors Qualifications General maintenance or property management experience preferred Experience with hot tub or pool servicing is highly valued Basic knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable vehicle required for travel between properties Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in mountain conditions Why Work With Us Work with a growing luxury vacation rental company Variety of hands-on projects across high-end homes Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow technical skills, including spa and equipment servicing
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
