Bloomfield, CT Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Navarino Property Management | Full-Time Navarino Property Management is seeking a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of a multifamily community. Key Responsibilities Complete resident work orders promptly and professionally. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, and general building issues. Complete apartment turns, including painting, repairs, cleaning, and installations. Perform preventive maintenance and routine property inspections. Maintain clean, safe, and organized maintenance areas. Coordinate with vendors and communicate effectively with the property management team. Maintain accurate work-order and service records. Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Critical Qualifications 2-3+ years of multifamily/residential maintenance experience preferred Strong hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills Apartment turn experience strongly preferred Dependable, professional, and service-oriented Ability to prioritize work orders and work independently Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to perform physical maintenance duties Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if required by the property Ideal candidate: A hands-on problem solver who takes ownership, works efficiently, and takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-run community.
