We are a new and growing residential water-treatment company serving Fairfield County, CT. We install whole-home water softeners, filtration systems, and reverse-osmosis drinking water systems for homeowners. We're looking for a reliable Connecticut-licensed P-1 plumber to handle residential installations throughout Fairfield County. This position starts as flexible subcontract work, approximately 1-3 installs per week , with a clear path to a full-time W-2 position as our installation volume grows. We're investing heavily in marketing and building the company quickly. Our goal is to reach 30-60 installations per month within the next 90- 120 days , and we're looking for the right plumber to grow with us from the beginning. An active Connecticut P-1 Unlimited Plumbing Contractor license is required. What You'll Be Doing Installing 10x54 whole-home water softener and filtration systems Installing under-sink 5-stage reverse-osmosis systems and potentially tankless RO systems Plumbing tie-ins for water-treatment equipment Drilling countertops when necessary to install RO faucets Testing completed systems and checking for leaks Maintaining a clean work area and cleaning up after installations Providing professional, friendly service inside customers' homes Taking basic completion photos/documentation after installations Typical installation time is approximately 3-4 hours . Pay:

$100.00 - $125.00 per hour Expected hours: 4.0 - 40.0 per week
