• Part-time We're hiring a part-time Maintenance Engineer to help keep our hotel running smoothly for guests and staff. If you're hands-on, reliable, and enjoy fixing things right the first time, we'd like to meet you. Prior hotel or facilities maintenance experience is required — you should be comfortable stepping into the role with minimal training. What you'll do Perform routine and preventive maintenance on guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general mechanical issues Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff Complete minor repairs — drywall, painting, carpentry, fixtures, and appliances Monitor and maintain building systems (boilers, pool/spa equipment, laundry equipment, etc.) Keep accurate records of work performed and parts/supplies used Assist with pool/spa chemical checks and safety compliance as applicable Support snow removal, grounds upkeep, and seasonal maintenance tasks Follow all safety protocols and hotel procedures, including lockout/tagout as needed Help with setup/breakdown for banquet or event spaces as needed What we're looking for Reliable and on time — you show up ready to work Solid working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Able to stand, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable using hand and power tools safely Able to work independently and prioritize multiple requests Available for weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call/emergency needs Trade certifications (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) a plus but not required Prior hotel, property management, or facilities maintenance experience required Perks 50% discount on meals and drinks Hotel room discounts Steady, predictable schedule Friendly team and room to grow within the property Schedule Part-time Days and hours confirmed at interview based on property needs Some weekend and on-call availability required How to apply Apply directly through this posting — we review applications daily and respond quickly.
