Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) needed in Cheshire, CT Full-Time or Part-Time | School and/or Clinic Options! A well-established multidisciplinary pediatric practice in Cheshire, CT is seeking a Physical Therapist who is looking for a long-term professional home. This role offers flexibility, strong administrative support, and opportunities to grow clinically while maintaining work-life balance. This practice offers many areas of specialization, including DMI, pelvic floor therapy, Schroth, aquatic therapy, and more! It's a wonderful place to get additional training in your areas of interest! Want to start a program? Have ideas for a group? The clinic team loves to help therapists make their dream come alive! Position Highlights Full-time or part-time opportunities! Documentation blocks built into your day! Leave work at work. Choose a setting that interests you! Clinic-based, school-based, or hybrid clinic/school schedules available! Plenty of flexibility in scheduling! Work 4x10s, 5x8s, or even Saturday hours if desired. Looking for a school schedule? You can choose that too! Part-time minimum of 20-25 hours/week; clinic availability until 6-7pm at least two days/week Caseload & Support Pediatric caseload with clinic and/or school-based services Full administrative support; no scheduling required Thoughtful cancellation management with therapist input prioritized Dedicated daily treatment space and well-equipped therapy rooms Ask for what you need! Resources are frequently updated and expanded. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $65-85k/year plus bonuses $6,000-7,000 available in bonuses every year! 401(k) with 3% employer match Three weeks PTO plus a floating holiday! Generous CEU stipend and student loan repayment benefit Medical, vision, dental insurance with 65% employer contribution Annual salary increases and ample opportunities to grow into leadership roles!
