The Maintenance Mechanic B is responsible for repairing and maintaining basic CNC machinery and mechanical components along with basic electrical equipment for manufacturing. This position ensures maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness, with the ability to work independently in the performance of standard maintenance and repairs.Essential Functions:
Preventive/predictive TPM and routine maintenance on CNC MachinesAssist troubleshooting issues and repair failures of production equipmentMinor electrical repairs and/or replacement of fluorescent lamps, fuses and knowledge of multi-meter test equipmentAssist operation with testing and implementation of equipmentAssist operation with analyzing deviations and definition of machine related corrective actionsSupport all aspects of building maintenance/routine shop preventive maintenancePerform TPMs (Total Productive Maintenance)Perform other related duties or responsibilities as requested or required.Required Qualifications & Experience:
Must be a U.S. Person as defined by the U.S. Government and able to work without restrictions with ITAR related dataHigh School Degree or G.E.D2+ years of experience Desired Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization. Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and standard business practices.
