Premiere Staffing is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician (

Mechanical:

Heat Treating) 1st shift position available 8am-4:30pm Pay range: $20-$25 /hr.

POSITION SUMMARY

Perform all aspects of preventative and corrective maintenance on heat treat related systems including, but not limited to: internal quench and Vacuum furnaces, quenching equipment, material handling equipment, electrical instruments and control panels. Provide assistance to other technicians as needed. Perform routine preventive maintenance Must have ability to identify and correct any safety-related issues and perform independent equipment evaluations to identify potential equipment failures. Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, welding. & pipefitting

RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoot and repair heat treat equipment Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs Perform basic welding and soldering Troubleshoot and repair pumps, piping, hoses, seals, valves, bearings, and gearboxes. Building and ground maintenance Contractor communications
