Monday•Friday, 8:15 am•4:45 pm
Pay:
$20•26/hr

An exceptional work environment that is both engaging and fun Essex Meadows is seeking a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician to join our team!
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain residential painting schedule. Maintain the esthetics of high traffic common areas. Perform drywall repairs as needed. Perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry work. Perform record keeping tasks associated with work orders. Perform general labor under supervisor's request. Perform snow removal duties when necessary. Assist Lead Mechanic and P.M. Mechanic as needed. Keep repair parts inventory up to date. Be available for emergency situations.
Qualifications:
High School diploma Previous experience in senior living or healthcare setting is highly desired Previous Plumbing/HVAC experience preferred All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
