About Us Capstone Properties LLC is a small business in Glastonbury, CT. Capstone Properties LLC is a growing property maintenance company. We are locally owned and operated. We service only the properties our investors own. We have properties throughout central CT, approx 750,000 sqft combined over 9 locations. We are professional, agile and supportive company.

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and other building systems
• Work with and manage outside vendors and contracts as necessary
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document repairs

• Building Engines Skills:

• Must have a Valid Connecticut Driver's License
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work with outside contractors and vendors
• Proficient in using CMMS software for work order management
