In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining residential homes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills across a variety of maintenance tasks, contributing directly to the smooth functioning of our clients homes. A strong focus on safety, quality workmanship, and customer service is essential to succeed in this energetic role. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections on HVAC systems (changing filters), changing bulbs, checking house mechanicals, doing honey do lists for homeowners, ensure continuous operation. Minor carpentry and painting. Have a keen eye for issues. Operate hand tools and power tools safely. Collaborate with team members to coordinate maintenance activities while providing excellent customer service to internal clients. Document all maintenance activities accurately in logs and reports; follow safety protocols at all times during operations. Skills Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance. Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and team collaboration. Leadership qualities. Knowledge of home maintenance standards and general upkeep.
