Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire The Liberty Group is currently hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for two full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities in Lowell, MA. We are hiring at two experience levels: Maintenance Technician - $29/hour We are looking for a well-rounded maintenance professional with hands-on apartment or multifamily maintenance experience. Lead Maintenance Technician - $33/hour We are looking for an experienced maintenance professional with strong troubleshooting skills who is comfortable taking the lead, mentoring other technicians, coordinating with vendors, and helping keep maintenance operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities may include:

Completing resident work orders Apartment turns and make-readies Basic plumbing and electrical repairs Painting, drywall, and general repairs Troubleshooting maintenance issues Preventative maintenance Working with vendors and other maintenance team members Maintaining a professional resident experience

Requirements:

Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience Basic hand tools Reliable and insured vehicle Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Strong reliability and communication skills Lead candidates should have additional troubleshooting experience and the ability to train and mentor other technicians.
