Job Description

Position Overview US Electrical Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to support the daily upkeep, appearance, and functionality of our facility in Middletown, CT. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment while also assisting with facility improvement projects as needed. The Facilities Maintenance Associate will play an important role in ensuring that both the interior and exterior of the facility reflect the company's standards of professionalism, safety, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Maintain the overall visual appearance and cleanliness of the facility, both inside and outside Perform routine custodial and general maintenance tasks throughout the building Keep common areas, workspaces, entrances, restrooms, and exterior grounds clean, organized, and presentable Support facility improvement projects, including basic repairs, organization, setup, and cleanup Assist with moving, arranging, or assembling facility-related items as needed Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance or safety concerns to management Help ensure the workplace remains safe, functional, and welcoming for employees, visitors, and customers Perform other facility support duties as assigned Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team. They should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to assist wherever needed to help maintain and improve the facility.
