Job Description
Konover Commercial Corporation is seeking a General Maintenance Worker in Norwich, CT (multi -site position, both office and retail). Candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact courteously with tenants and vendors as well as work in a team environment. The candidate must have a working knowledge of commercial building operations, including electrical, plumbing and fire/life safety systems. Knowledge and experience with HVAC and building automation systems is preferred. The successful candidate must be able to respond to building emergencies on a 24/7 basis. The position requires at least 3 years of experience working in a commercial building environment.
