ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Complete service requests in a timely manner and interact with residents to ensure their needs are met. Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established time frames Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safety issues immediately with management. Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs. Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds. Assist in emergency repairs as directed by supervisors and rotate on-call for emergency maintenance. Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and report any shortages. Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with the supervisor. Other duties as assigned.WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE

ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE
$22- $25 per hour Annual Performance Bonus This position is Non-Exempt, meaning eligble for overtime pay.
