Job Description
The Spa at Norwich Inn is seeking an experienced Engineering Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with hotel or resort facilities maintenance experience who takes pride in maintaining a first-class guest environment. What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, spa, restaurants, and event spaces. Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, pool equipment, and mechanical systems. Respond to guest room maintenance requests with professionalism and urgency. Complete work orders, equipment inspections, and maintenance documentation. What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in hotel, resort, or commercial building maintenance. Strong troubleshooting skills across HVACR, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks. Available to work weekends and holidays as well as varied shifts based on business needs, 2nd shift availability preferred.
