Experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right person! This is a year-round, full-time position with consistent work and opportunities to grow.

Requirements:

Comfortable working safely on ladders and at heights Able to lift and carry up to 70 lbs Willing and able to work overtime when needed to complete jobs Comfortable being on your feet and working physically throughout the day Eager to work and dependable Able to take direction and work well as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience with window and door installation is a plus, but not required We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to work, and wants a stable, long-term position. Full-time Year-round work Training available Experience in basic carpentry a must, prior aluminum brake experience preferred & reliable transportation. Fast Paced environment. Compensation based on experience. 5 to 6 day work week. Full time for the right person. Must be able to be on feet for long hours and capable of lifting 70+ pounds. Work throughout whole year.
