Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure peak performance. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances and mechanical equipment following safety standards and manufacturer guidelines. Conduct repairs on kitchen appliances, air conditioning units, and other mechanical systems with precision and efficiency. Operate company vehicles for on-site maintenance tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational procedures. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions that enhance operational reliability. Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC & appliance technology is essential for diagnosing issues accurately. Hands-on experience with appliance installation, kitchen equipment maintenance, air conditioning units, and HVAC/R systems. Mechanical knowledge combined with construction experience is highly desirable for complex repairs and installations. Ability to operate equipment repair tools safely and efficiently; familiarity with MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients alike. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely. Pay:
