Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour

PART-TIME, WEEKENDS REQUIRED

(Pay based on experience and the individual.) We are seeking dependable applicants for our pinsetter tech/property maintenance position. The right candidate must be reliable and have a flexible schedule, including weekends. Under the direction of the bowling center's back-of-house management, you will need to perform a variety of skilled activities, including preventative maintenance and repairs on machines, automatic scoring machines, lanes, and ball returns. Other responsibilities would include helping to maintain the property and being a team player. It is expected that you will promote a positive team environment and work towards the uniform goal of "all-in" and cultivate a great guest experience. Qualifications Experience with the proper operation and maintenance of tools, equipment, and machinery used in bowling facility maintenance is recommended but is not required. (Willing to train the right candidate). Must be available nights and weekends. Must be 18 years of age or older.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small, tight spaces... In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle, feel, and reach with hands and arms. Lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs- 120 lbs.

Job Duties:

Oil, alcohol, and sweep approaches (Will be trained) Assist the management with the installation, maintenance, and repairs of both mechanical and circuitry issues in the bowling machines. Performs maintenance and repair tasks. Ability to read and follow instructions from the manual. Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays, as well as support business needs. Follows up to complete any assigned work. Maintains high ethical standards in the workplace. Reports all irregular issues and problems to management for a solution. Maintains good communication with all employees and outside contacts. Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area. Other duties may be assigned. Willing to be cross-trained in other departments such as front desk and kitchen/bar.
