Job Description
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
- PART-TIME
OR FULL-TIME
Established property management company in Middletown, DE is looking for a part-time (or full-time) Maintenance Technician. We are seeking someone to perform hands-on maintenance related to both commercial retail centers and residential apartment units. Based in Middletown, DE but will require daily travel to sites in New Castle County and periodically to centers in Sussex County. Position also requires maintenance technician to be "on call" 24/7 various days/weekends.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Misc. maintenance tasks as needed for shopping centers/apartments
- Misc. carpentry work
- Drywall
- Painting
- Minor electrical, HVAC and plumbing
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be adept in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and have general HVAC knowledge
- Must be extremely organized
- Must have capability to utilize company's Maintenance apps on smartpohone
- Ability to do heavy lifting, lots of walking
- Ability to perform work at heights above ground (i.e., roofs)
- Good driving record
COMPENSATION TO BE DETERMINED BASED ON EXPERIENCE
