TITLE:
Maintenance Technician
REPORTS TO
Maintenance Superintendent SUMMARY Owner's Management Company seeks an individual with at least 2 years general maintenance experience with plumbing, electrical and minor carpentry. Duties include but are not limited to handling emergency calls in apartments, trash pickup, apartment work orders and prepping suites for occupancy. This person also needs to be a team player and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Opportunity for advancement available

Demonstrates flexibility in the work area and can quickly move from one task to another. Exhibits clean, neat and well groomed professional appearance. Adheres to proper dress code as state in the Employee Handbook. Understands and complies fully with Fair Housing regulations and applicable Federal, State, City and County ordinances. Complies with all policies in the Employee Handbook.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Requires both indoor and outdoor conditions. Weekend hours may be required. Extra hours may be required to accommodate work load to late customer arrivals.
COMPENSATION
Salaried and Based on Prior Experience and Potential Medical/Dental/Life Insurance Vacation and PTO 401
