Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Technician/Groundskeeper to ensure the optimal operation and aesthetic appeal of our facilities. This dynamic role combines hands-on maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping responsibilities to create a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical skills, and a passion for maintaining high standards of building interior and exterior care. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance of properties. Maintain/clean pavilion and Millville Community Center before and after each scheduled event. Maintain/remove debris from park, playground areas, sidewalks, parking lots, walking trail, and pickleball courts. Inspect playground and exercise equipment according to check list and maintain a log. Check picnic tables, benches, and other park amenities. Empty trash containers and dog station bags. Oversee groundskeeping duties including landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, and general outdoor upkeep to maintain curb appeal. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety checks using appropriate documentation tools. Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role. Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
