You'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and clearly share your findings and recommendations with customers so they can make informed decisions. This role is perfect for someone who's hands-on, customer-focused, and confident asking for the business when the moment is right. What You'll Do Provide professional, friendly service while diagnosing and repairing garage door systems. Communicate clearly with customers, explaining your findings and recommending solutions that genuinely meet their needs. Confidently ask for the business once you've presented options and earned the customer's trust. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and uphold Garage Kings' high standards of care. Manage your daily schedule efficiently to maximize service opportunities. Collaborate with your team to share insights, support one another, and deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience. Document service details accurately in our CRM system. What You Bring Experience in garage door service or a similar mechanical/technical field is preferred — but strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn are just as valuable. Excellent communication and customer service skills — you enjoy talking with people and helping them feel taken care of. Confidence in presenting solutions and asking for the business in a natural, customer-first way. A self-starter mindset with strong time management and follow-through. Pay:
