Senior Maintenance Technician - Newark, DE We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support upkeep and repairs across our residential and commercial properties in New Castle, DE. Direct Hire! Company Paid Health Benefits! Sign on Bonus! Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm, $27-33/hr

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, roofing leaks, electrical, and carpentry issues .

Perform general maintenance:

drywall, painting, doors/windows, flooring, etc. Carpeting installation/repair. Respond to client service requests promptly and professionally. Coordinate with management and vendors as needed.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience in property or building maintenance. Strong skills in plumbing, roofing, electrical, and carpentry . Carpeting/flooring skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to pass extensive background check and drug screen. HVAC knowledge.
