Excel Care Wilmington, a leading provider of rehabilitation and healing services, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our Environmental Services team in a skilled nursing facility setting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Floor Tech Responsibilities:

Perform floor care duties including stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors Ensure all areas are maintained to high cleanliness standards Follow all safety and infection control procedures Support housekeeping team as needed

Floor Tech Qualifications:
