Ingleside Homes, a leading provider of housing and healthcare for seniors, is currently seeking applicants for the position of Painter/Maintenance Mechanic. This position is responsible for painting, completing work orders, and general maintenance duties for our 208-unit high rise apartment building for seniors. Must have 3-5 years maintenance and/or painting experience in a similar environment. Basic knowledge of HVAC and plumbing preferred, experience in painting/finishing and general repairs required. Ability to work independently and desire to work with senior population.
