Aerotek is hiring for a facilities Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks across our facilities, ensuring the smooth operation of various systems and equipment. Responsibilities Replace lightbulbs and perform minor lighting maintenance tasks. Unclog toilets and address plumbing issues. Replace and maintain ceiling tiles. Perform minor HVAC maintenance and repairs. Conduct minor electrical maintenance. Handle general maintenance duties. Essential Skills Electrical troubleshooting Maintenance technician experience Repair and preventive maintenance skills HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge Mechanical and painting skills Experience with drywall, apartment maintenance, and building maintenance Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with facility maintenance, lighting, and cleaning Knowledge in welding, housekeeping, and hand tool usage Experience with boiler systems and blueprint reading Any trades experience, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, is beneficial Comfortable working on ladders frequently Why Work Here? Work Environment The position requires a 40-hour work week with a typical 8 to 5 schedule. Fluctuating weekend work may be required. A company vehicle and gas card are provided, along with all necessary tools. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Lexington, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $54080.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 401K, company car, company gas card.
