This role is perfect for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude, electrical experience, and a passion for maintaining high standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will be OSHA-certified, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be ready to tackle a variety of tasks that keep our environment safe, functional, and welcoming. Your expertise will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities while providing exceptional service to our team and clients. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs across residential and commercial facilities, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman tasks, Pick-up of trash in trash room when needed. Conduct inspections using tools such as ohmmeters and schematics to diagnose issues accurately Weld metal components as needed to ensure structural integrity and safety compliance Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and facility maintenance manuals for effective repairs Supervise junior team members or contractors during maintenance projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed Maintain detailed records of work performed using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking and reporting purposes Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards and company policies Requirements Valid OSHA certification is mandatory; prior experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding, electrical systems, and plumbing repairs Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints confidently Proficiency with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters; familiarity with schematics is essential Supervising or leadership experience in maintenance or facilities roles is a plus Knowledge of residential painting techniques and customer service skills are advantageous Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces Join us if you're eager to apply your diverse skill set in a dynamic environment where safety, quality, and teamwork are at the forefront.
