Job Description

Building Maintenance Technician Millennium Two, LLC. Boca Raton, FL - Corporate Headquarters Millennium Two, a Class A Office Building is in search of a Building Maintenance Technician in Boca Raton, FL. This is a full-time, permanent position. Work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with the potential for occasional overtime. Schedule may be able to adjust slightly based on the need of the employee. Excellent benefits available. Manage the maintenance aspects of a 60,000 SF office building's interior and exterior space Repair / patch and paint office suite walls for tenant move-in ready condition Moving and set-up of office furniture within the buildings office suites Electrical and lighting troubleshooting and repairs Plumbing troubleshooting and repairs Routine restroom maintenance AC repair - HVAC units Landscape maintenance - using a blower to move leaves / fallen debris Parking lot inspections and repairs Monitoring and servicing building equipment such as Mag Locks, weather-stripping, etc. Disinfecting property with sanitizer and trash removal upkeep Light sweeping / mopping / cobb web brushing Stocking facilities and office equipment Sorting / Distributing mail; Packing and shipping Data entry of maintenance related information in a software system Perform audits & reports, oversee and coordinate vendors Coordinate efforts of outside service contractors Exemplifies good customer service as this role interacts with building tenants and visitors Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) 2 years maintenance experience of office buildings including carpentry, painting, HVAC, landscaping, electrical and plumbing Experience with Maintenance Management Software preferred Flexibility with hours; possible on-call after hours, as needed - very rare to almost never occurrences Ability to work independently and identify areas for improvement Ability to present yourself in a professional manner with all building tenants / visitors Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to climb ladders and stairs Ability to work outside anytime of the year for extended periods of time Must be able to use high water pressure cleaners, gas blowers and other associated maintenance equipment Must be able to pass a drug and background check
