Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sign Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of signage with precision and professionalism. This role requires a strong background in electrical diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. As a key player in our operations, you will ensure that all signage installations meet safety standards, quality expectations, and client specifications. Your expertise will help bring visual branding to life while maintaining efficiency and safety on every project. Responsibilities Install a wide range of signage including illuminated, non-illuminated, digital, and custom signs using appropriate tools and equipment Conduct electrical diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve wiring issues efficiently Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation instructions to ensure accurate setup Use heavy equipment mechanics skills to operate lifts, scaffolding, or other machinery safely during installations Perform maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) tasks on signage components to ensure longevity and optimal performance Follow safety protocols rigorously during all phases of installation and maintenance activities Collaborate with project managers and clients to confirm installation specifications and timelines Qualifications Proven experience as a Sign Installer or similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects Extensive knowledge of electrical systems related to signage installation including wiring, lighting, and circuitry Mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various tools, machinery, and heavy equipment safely Familiarity with interpreting schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices for signage components Proficiency with electrical diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting wiring issues Strong technical proficiency in reading technical documents and working from detailed instructions Join our team if you're passionate about delivering high-quality signage solutions!
