Pro-Tech Renovation and Security LLC is currently looking for a motivated and reliable Handyman / Renovation & Remodeling Technician to join our team in the greater Fort Myers / Naples area .

Pro-Tech Renovation and Security LLC specializes in remodeling and renovation projects , from major renovations and demolition to smaller renovations and finishing work. Since 1998, our team has developed extensive experience in completing entire projects, including: Bathrooms Kitchens Flooring Tile and ceramic Patios Interior walls and partitions Drywall Joint compound and finishing Painting Insulation Doors and windows Exterior siding Sheds Epoxy flooring Light plumbing Basic electrical work Electronic security systems General repairs and finishing work

WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK LOOKS LIKE

As a Handyman / Renovation & Remodeling Technician , you will work on a variety of residential renovation and remodeling projects.

Your responsibilities may include:

Demolition Drywall installation Taping, mudding and finishing Painting Tile and flooring installation Door and window installation Light plumbing Basic electrical work, such as installing light fixtures, ceiling lights and appliances Interior finishing, including moldings, trim, frames and hardware Kitchen installation and finishing Locksmithing and hardware installation Patio and exterior work Insulation Exterior siding Shed construction or installation Epoxy flooring General handyman and renovation tasks Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work area Following project instructions and maintaining high-quality workmanship

Salary:

$18-$20 per hour, depending on experience and skills.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in renovation, remodeling, construction or handyman work Resourceful and able to work independently Reliable and punctual Hardworking and motivated Detail-oriented and thorough Able to follow instructions and complete work accurately Willing to learn and develop new skills Professional and respectful with clients and team members Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Valid driver's license required

LANGUAGE

English required. Additional languages are a plus.
