Responsibilities Perform general handyman repairs and maintenance Repair drywall, patch holes, and perform minor wall repairs Paint walls, doors, trim, and baseboards Install and replace doors, locks, hardware, and fixtures Perform minor plumbing repairs and replacements Perform basic electrical-related maintenance when permitted Install shelves, cabinets, blinds, curtain rods, and other household items Repair and replace hardware, hinges, handles, and other components Perform caulking and sealing around kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and other areas Assemble and install furniture and other items Perform basic property maintenance and inspections Identify maintenance issues and report larger problems to management Maintain a clean and organized work area Safely operate common hand and power tools Complete assigned jobs efficiently and professionally Communicate professionally with customers and property managers Requirements Previous handyman, maintenance, remodeling, or construction experience preferred Must have basic knowledge of tools and home repairs Must be able to work independently and follow instructions Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Must have reliable transportation Must be comfortable working inside and outside Ability to lift materials and equipment as required Good communication and customer-service skills Must take pride in workmanship and attention to detail Valid driver's license required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who can become a dependable part of our team—not someone who needs to be supervised for every task.
