Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Technician and become a vital part of maintaining pristine, safe, and inviting swimming environments. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring pools are clean, well-maintained, and functioning optimally. Your expertise will help create enjoyable experiences for our customers while showcasing your skills in equipment repair, pool maintenance, and mechanical troubleshooting. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work outdoors, stay active, and develop your technical abilities in a fast-paced environment. Must have some basic knowledge of Pools. Ability to be trained. Responsibilities Perform routine pool cleaning tasks including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls and floors to ensure cleanliness and water clarity. Conduct regular pool maintenance checks such as testing water chemistry levels and adjusting chemicals to meet safety standards. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators using hand tools and power tools. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical treatments, and repairs performed on each pool with our provided software. Respond promptly to service requests for equipment repairs or pool issues to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct safety inspections of pool areas to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with seasonal opening and closing procedures for pools, including draining, covering, winterizing or preparing pools for the season ahead. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency. Requirements Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience handling pool equipment or similar machinery. Proven ability to repair and trouble shoot equipment using hand tools and power tools effectively. Prior experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is highly desirable. Strong understanding of pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing procedures. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a high level of energy and focus. Excellent attention to detail with organizational skills for record keeping. Effective communication skills to interact with team members and customers professionally. Valid driver's license needed; ability to travel between job sites as needed. Join us in delivering exceptional pool experiences through dedicated maintenance and repair! Open to paying per pool as well. Some accounts are 1x a week and some 2x a week.

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
