Gulf Stream Boat Club - Bradenton Beach, FL Gulf Stream Boat Club is seeking an experienced Full-time Dock Hand to join our team in Bradenton, Beach, FL. If you have boating experience, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you. You'll help create an outstanding experience for our members by preparing boats, assisting with departures and arrivals, providing new member orientations, and ensuring our premium fleet is maintained to the highest standards.
Schedule Full time:
Wednesday - Sunday Weekend and holiday availability is required (excluding Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day) Responsibilities Prepare boats for daily reservations Monitor reservation schedules and coordinate vessel turnarounds Welcome and assist members and guests upon arrival Safely dock, slip, maneuver, and refuel boats Conduct on-water orientations for new members (driving, docking, anchoring practice) Ensure members understand onboard safety equipment and safe boating procedures Clean, wash, and detail boats after each reservation Represent Gulf Stream Boat Club with professionalism and a concierge-level approach to customer service Qualifications Required Prior boating experience - Safely dock, slip, maneuver, and refuel boats 20-28 feet. Knowledge of boating safety and marine best practices Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Reliable transportation and punctuality Preferred Marine maintenance or mechanical experience is a plus Boat detailing experience Experience providing customer training or new member orientations Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Tips Why Join Gulf Stream Boat Club's Team?
