Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Days & Hours to be Discussed High School Diploma or Equivalent Required 12 Months Experience Required Employer will Conduct Background Check & Drug Screen Now hiring for Industrial Maintenance Mechanic position. Must demonstrate a high level of manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude. Capable of servicing and repairing forklifts, to include PM maintenance, propane systems, hydraulic cylinder repair and electrical systems. Capable of performing routine maintenance operations on equipment, such as oil changes, greasing and minor repairs. Capable of basic repairs of plumbing, heating, or A/C nature. Capable of fabricating various hardware that may be required to support the maintenance operation. Have knowledge of pneumatic systems, including air compressors. Safely operate tools and equipment needed during the repair and servicing of equipment. Ability to perform under limited supervision. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities. Regular and predictable attendance. Maintain equipment inspection and service logs in computer system. Proficiency in welding and fabrication a plus but not required. Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards, and perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Required to use motor coordination with arms, hands, fingers, and legs. Required to engage in physical activity that regularly includes pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting objects more than 50 pounds. Required to work from ladders or raised platforms. Required to stand or work on concrete floors most of the workday. Will be exposed to a physical environment, which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the day.
