This position involves installing and repairing a variety of fence types while working outdoors, in Florida heat and in all weather conditions. Responsibilities:

Install and repair fences (wood, vinyl, aluminum, chain link, & farm fencing) Measure, dig, set posts, and secure panels and gates Safely operate hand and power tools Load and unload materials at job sites Follow safety guidelines and company standards Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors for extended periods Physically able to lift heavy materials (60+ lbs) and perform manual labor Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Construction or fencing experience preferred (but willing to train the right person) Ability to work in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
