Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company. Responsible for getting apartments ready for new move-ins, work orders and requests from Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager. Must have own tools. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Must be available for 24 hour on-call rotation. Must be able to lift and work with heavy equipment. Valid driver's license with good driving record and reliable transportation. Must be able to work independently and have self-motivation.
