We are currently managing multiple properties across Central Florida and are in need of a highly motivated maintenance team member for our Summerloch Green community in Casselberry, FL. Our maintenance department takes care of a plethora of tasks which include but not limited to; Landscaping/ Lawn Maintenance Plumbing/ irrigation repair Grounds keeping Pool Maintenance Pressure Washing Utility Locate/ Detection Storm drain system management. Waste Management We also carry a wide variety of skill sets among our maintenance department team (i.e. carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electric, and much more) in which you can learn from and also teach us yours! Position Requirements:

Landscape/ Lawn Care Experience Cleaning and Janitorial Experience Maintenance Technician Experience Clean Background. Driver's License. Drug Testing Required. Time Management Skills. Basic operating skills of lawn care equipment.
