Pool Service Technician $18-$22/hour | Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday-Friday | PTO | Training Provided Join a Team That Cares About Its Customers We're looking for a dependable, customer-focused Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. Pool experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. What matters most to us is your attitude, reliability, work ethic, and commitment to doing right by the customer. What You'll Do Clean and maintain residential pools Test and balance pool water Safely handle pool chemicals and equipment Inspect equipment and identify potential problems Communicate service needs and recommendations to customers Build positive, professional relationships with customers Keep accurate service records Keep your truck, equipment, and supplies clean and organized Communicate with the team about customer concerns and equipment issues Support your teammates and contribute to a positive team environment We're Looking For Someone Who Is Customer-focused — you care about doing the job right and making sure customers feel taken care of Dependable — you show up, follow through, and take ownership of your work Team-oriented — you're willing to help others and understand that we succeed together Detail-oriented — you notice problems and address them before they become bigger ones Professional — you represent our company well in every customer interaction Self-motivated — you can work independently while staying connected to the team Willing to learn — you're open to training and developing your skills Qualifications Pool service experience preferred, but not required Valid driver's license and reliable driving record Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to safely work with pool chemicals What We Offer $18-$22/hour, based on experience and qualifications Full-time and part-time positions available Monday-Friday schedule Paid time off (PTO) Training provided for the right candidate Opportunity to learn and grow with a growing team A workplace where hard work, teamwork, and great customer service are valued We're not just looking for someone to clean pools.
